2. Temperature level (11 levels from 140-450°F in increments of 30 degrees)
3. Timer (5-150 minutes with increments of 5 minutes).
Safety features include 9 second shut-down after removal of pot. Suitable for cooking pots with diameters between 4 3/4" and 10 1/4" (12 and 26 cm). Place no more than 35 lbs (15 1/2 kg) on the cooking surface.
